discussion in the past of changing our San Antonio Association of Hispanic

has discussed this with our CPA, who has suggested that we keep this name
legally and file a DBA (Doing Business As) in order to use San Antonio
Association of Hispanic Journalist Foundation for organizational purposes.
Mac questioned the status of our corporate taxes. Ed stated that he is in the process of
taking care of this with our CPA.
Old Business:
OLLUSA: SAAHJ has been given a new office
location. We have moved to a more

purposes. Roy Galvan of WOAI-TV has
volunteered to be responsible for the video, which will be shown at the
evening of the event.
A total of approximately 70 save the date letters have

June. If you should have any
potential table sponsor references, please let Maclovio Perez or Veronica
Serrano know.
An official letter on the behalf of SAAHJ has been
mailed to Muñoz Public Relations regarding the mailing list State Farm was
requesting. SAAHJ will not be
providing State Farm with a mailing list of our members.

of past contributors to members to verify point of contacts. She is requesting potential auction items
that have a value of $500 or more to be incorporated into a top 10 list of
