Banquet Financial Report

Lorraine Pulido-Ramirez provided the final registration list.  Teresa asked about tables that have not been paid for yet.  Checks still need to be collected from the following: CBG The Benefit Group, Rumbo, Castro Family, Garcia 360, U.S. Army and UTSA.  Joe said the Castro Family would send a check soon.  Lorraine will provide contact information for SYSCO and Kell Muñoz so invoices can be mailed.  We need to resolve the missing tables, collect the checks and close out the banquet as soon as possible.

This get together is organized with SAAHJ, SPJ and SABJ.  Joe will meet with the other organization’s presidents to select a date and place for the happy hour. A December date is being considered, but we may need to postpone the gathering until spring.
